Refund policy
At Out of Bounds Snowboard Shop, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
Return Window
- You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns for snowboards, bindings, and boots will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at outofboundsrideshop@gmail.com or call 908.232.4500.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Used gear
- Sale items
- If you’re unsure about your item, reach out to us before starting a return.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
